Thoughts:
If you are someone who likes medical stories without elements of fantasy, you may find the medical parts interesting. That was one of the main things that sustained my interest. The first part of the novel also has some inner residence fight which some of you may like. I kind of dropped the novel since it was really long and I could sort of guess the events that will ensue.
